Doctors at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center
in Washington found that women in their 50’s who took
more than 500 milligrams of calcium supplements daily,
gained less weight than those who did not. The study

performed between 2000 and 2004, patients whose surgery
began after 4 p.m. were four times more likely to need

in athletic activity while in their late teens experienced
bone-building benefits that last for years. Researchers
followed 63 athletes and 28 non-athletes for eight years
and determined that those who trained actively for ten

found that eating just one meal high in saturated fat
can prevent “good” cholesterol from shielding the body
