Pineapple Pork Shish Kabob |
|
4 pork chops 4-6 assorted
peppers red, orange, yellow and green used here |
1 package mushrooms 1 large onion 2 cans of pineapple
circles |
- Wash all veggies
- Trim fat off the pork chops
- Cut vegetables and pork into large cubes
- Place all items randomly on the Shish Kabob
skewers
- Baste with pineapple juice
- Place on hot grill for seven minutes per
side or until pork is thoroughly cooked
- Baste with pineapple juice half way through
cooking process
- Place on to bed of pineapples for presentation

Green Beans & Almonds |
|
1 package green beans |
11/2 cup almond pieces |
- Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil in a medium
sauce pan
- Add green beans and cook until tender
- Add a pinch of salt to taste
- Drain water and let green beans cool
- Spread the 11/2 cup of almonds over top
of beans
- Serve with brown rice on the side
