According to a Reuters Health report, men who participated in athletic activity while in their late teens experienced bone-building benefits that last for years. A study by The Heart Research Institute in Sydney, Australia found that eating just one meal high in saturated fat can prevent “good” cholesterol from shielding the body from clogged arteries.
